A beautiful and special location

The Belmonte Arboretum, this museum, this marvelous garden, is more than suitable for organizing something.  The atmosphere is always fine, you feel good in this rich environment. We like to add something to that, like to provide you with an unforgettable event.

What we can offer

We look forward to taking care of your event, wedding or meeting. We do this thoroughly. First, we get your wishes clear, then we translate those into the ample possibilities we have. A lot of the facilities are already there, and what we lack, we rent from well-known suppliers. We also provide food and drink, with or without a number of regular caterers.

Own style

An activity in this garden is different, the atmosphere is not that of a conference centre or banquet hall.  We like to make our guests enjoy this  defining atmosphere; more informal, more pleasant, but certainly no less professional! No formally dressed waiters, we work with volunteers who offer their help.  Mostly, we offer buffets, that heighten the easy-going atmosphere.

For meetings, we can add supplementary service. Have a delicious lunch followed by a walk in the garden, with a guide if required. Also for training purposes, this garden offers an added value!

House rules

We have a number of rules when we rent out, rules that pay attention to the environment and everything in it. In that regard, we expect that all activities are finished by 21.00 hours, we cannot allow music with amplifiers. However, there’s a lot you will have in return…
